This service allows our customers to add skilled staff quickly. This process allows our partners to add/remove resources as projects or skills change with minimal impact to operations. This service is often used in combination with our Insource services.
This service provides stability to a long-term program. We can add our employees to the project, or you can employee our recruited talent and make the talent yours.
This service allows our customers to quickly add skilled staff to there project using our employees. After an evaluation period our customers will have the ability to retain the resource as our employee, hire the resource directly or look for alternate options.
All Services will be tailored to your specific goals and objectives. All our services are scalable and can be changed in real time as your needs evolve. We use the term ERSC – Elastic Recruiting and Staffing Capability to describe our ability to scale up or down based on the needs of each customer and each program. Since we are a small company we are able
to be flexible and creative creating a true ERSC.
We also provide a part or full life cycle solution for each service. Our customers are in full control as to what solution is best for them
Each Customer has a dedicated Program Manager. Depending on the level of service and program objectives additional staff can and will be assigned. We can deploy entire general, or niche talent acquisition teams dedicated to your mission or provide smaller resources, the choice is yours.
